Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.

Returns: 60 days, free, no explanation needed

Sleepwear is something you have to actually sleep in before you know. So try it properly. Wear it, wash it, give it a few nights.

If it is not right, you have 60 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Return postage is on us. You do not need to tell us why, and we will not ask you to justify it.

How to return something

1. Email us at the address on our contact page with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid returns label by email.
3. Print it, attach it, and drop the parcel at any Post Office or collection point.
4. Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.

The small print, plainly

• The Cooling Pad can be returned within 60 days like everything else. For hygiene reasons we ask that it comes back in a clean, wipeable condition.
• If you bought The Cool Sleep System and want to return part of it, you can. We will refund the difference between what you paid and the normal price of what you keep.
• Faulty or wrong items are always our problem, not yours, and are outside the 60-day window. Just tell us and we will sort it.

Your statutory rights

Our 60-day policy sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order for any reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing on this page affects either.
